Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Printab, customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we strive to deliver high-quality print products. However, as our products are custom-made to order, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please review the following terms carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations within this period will qualify for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: Cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, as the order may have already entered production. If production has not begun, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, minus any processing fees.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@printab.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will assist you through the cancellation process.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are issued only for cases where products are deemed defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (i.e., not matching the specifications provided by the customer).
- Non-refundable Items: We do not provide refunds for orders that meet customer specifications but do not meet subjective preferences (such as minor color variations or design alterations). Additionally, orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where minor defects are observed, we may offer a partial refund or a discount on future purchases as compensation, depending on the issue’s severity.
3. Return Process
- Return Eligibility: If you believe your item is eligible for a return due to damage, defect, or incorrect specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your request and may ask for photographs to verify the issue.
- Return Shipping: For eligible returns, Printab will cover the return shipping costs. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Replacement Options: In lieu of a refund, customers may opt for a replacement item. Replacements are subject to availability and will follow our standard production and delivery timelines.
4. Processing Time for Refunds
- Refund Timeline: Once a return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Refunds are subject to bank processing times and may vary.
- Communication: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@printab.com.
