User/Customer Agreement

This User/Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “You”) and Printab (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or conditions that may apply to specific services offered by Printab.

Printab provides a range of print-on-demand services, including but not limited to printing, designing, and customizing products as specified by the User. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Printab. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of products, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order, including taxes and shipping costs. Payments must be made using the payment methods specified on our website. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use that payment method.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, and materials provided by Printab are the property of Printab and/or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
7. User Content
By submitting any content, including designs or text, to Printab, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with providing our services. You represent that you own the rights to the content you submit or have obtained all necessary permissions.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to process and deliver orders promptly; however, delivery dates are estimates and may vary. Printab is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control.
9. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is outlined on our website. By placing an order, you agree to abide by our return and refund policy, including any timeframes and conditions for returns.
10. Limitation of Liability
