1. Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing includes order review, printing, and quality checks to meet our standards.
- Delivery Times: Once processing is complete, delivery within Bangalore generally takes 1-3 business days. Our delivery team will contact you to coordinate delivery timing for your convenience.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free delivery within Bangalore on all orders above ₹50,000. For orders below this amount, a nominal delivery fee will be applied at checkout.
2. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, such as modifying artwork or updating the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, modifications may not be possible.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after this timeframe may incur a processing fee or may not be eligible for a refund if the printing process has already started.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days with photographs for verification, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Orders: If the item you receive does not match your order specifications, please reach out within 7 days. We will coordinate a replacement and cover the return delivery costs.

- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for orders that qualify under our return and cancellation policies. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Partial Refunds: For items with minor defects, we may offer a partial refund or discount for future purchases as compensation.
