1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All content available on Printab's website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, videos, designs, software, and any other materials created or provided by Printab (collectively, "Content"), are the intellectual property of Printab and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

2. Use of Printab's Intellectual Property

Printab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any copying, distribution, modification, reproduction, display, or creation of derivative works based on Printab's content without express written permission is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to Printab's logos, brand assets, and proprietary design elements.

3. Copyright Ownership and License

When you submit content, such as text, images, designs, or other creative works (collectively, "User Content") to Printab, you represent that you own the rights to the User Content or have obtained all necessary permissions to submit it. You grant Printab a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the User Content as necessary to fulfill our services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

4. Copyright Infringement Notification and Takedown Procedure

Printab respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with applicable copyright laws. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a written notification containing the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our website or services
• Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
